Also, discuss the recent elections in Afghanistan, the latest measures taken by the Mexican government to fight drug trafficking and the disclosures to the press of some of the more dubious actions of the previous administration of President George W. Bush.

We started discussing the global alert by the swine flu. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the authorities of its member countries have been coordinating the epidemic in a way that is historically unprecedented. One might think that the initial response of WHO to the outbreak of the virus originated in Mexico A/H1N was disproportionate. Not so. This reaction was triggered by the global community-health scientist who has spent several years especially concerned about the threat of a pandemic pandemic similar to the "Spanish Flu" of 1918 which decimated the population.
We are joined in this program, our military expert Charles "Chuck" H. Beauchamp, vice president of Soldiers' Affairs Office of the Enlisted Association of the U.S. Army in Oregon. We discussed with him the international tension created by the Taliban advance in Pakistan. We analyze the military situation in the area and discuss possible scenarios of conflict in this country with a nuclear arsenal.
We ended up talking about the newly discovered singer Susan Boyle has become a mass phenomenon thanks to television and the Internet. Boyle wins in the world of the song where the raw physical appearance today many times about the quality of voice.
